About the position

The Portfolio Operator is a Venture Applicant who made it through. Your proposal was approved, you received funding, and now you're building. This role is about execution—turning your plan into reality while staying accountable to the community that backed you. You'll have support from MEEK (marketing, network, guidance) but the success or failure of your venture is ultimately on you. Portfolio Operators are the proof that MEEK's model works. When you win, everyone wins.

Job responsibilities

As a Portfolio Operator, you're running your business while maintaining transparency and alignment with MEEK's ecosystem. You'll balance operational demands with community accountability.

• Execute on your approved business plan with treasury-provided capital.
• Manage day-to-day operations, team (if applicable), and financial performance.
• Provide monthly updates to the community on progress and key metrics.
• Collaborate with MEEK marketing on co-promotion opportunities.
• Honour profit-sharing terms and ensure returns flow back to treasury as agreed.

This is an equity and token compensated role structured per individual deal. Ideal for funded founders ready to build with community backing and shared upside.
