About the position

The Treasury Advisor serves as a strategic resource for MEEK's financial decisions. You'll advise on how treasury funds should be allocated, what risk levels are appropriate, and how to balance growth with sustainability. This isn't a hands-on-keys role—you won't control funds directly—but your recommendations will carry significant weight. We're looking for someone with real financial or business experience who understands both the opportunities and dangers of managing community capital in crypto.

Job responsibilities

As Treasury Advisor, you'll work closely with the core team and governance council to shape capital strategy. You'll provide analysis, flag concerns, and help develop frameworks for sustainable growth.

• Advise on treasury allocation strategy and risk management.
• Review large funding proposals and provide financial analysis.
• Develop frameworks for evaluating return potential and acceptable risk levels.
• Monitor treasury health and recommend adjustments as market conditions change.
• Participate in governance discussions on financial matters.
